FOX VALLEY HAWKS 12U BASEBALL TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS FOR 2011 SEASON
Tryouts will be held on Sunday August 1, 2010 at Butterfield Park Field at DuPage Parkway and Blue Spruce in Aurora from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. The Fox Valley Hawks is an elite level travel team looking for highly skilled players, ready to learn in a fun and competitive environmnet. Led by professional coach Doug Halpenny. Fox Valley Hawks Travel Team is part of the Kane County Bronco League (KCBL) and will play in 6-7 area tournaments as well as out of state tournaments, including the 2011 Cal Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Hawks home field is Benedictine Univesity in Lisle. The indoor practice season begins in January and games run April through July. DUPAGE KNOCKOUTS FASTPITCH GIRLS SOFTBALL 14U TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS FOR 2011 SEASON
We're holding open tryouts August 21st and 22nd for the 2011 Knockout Season. They'll be held at McCaslin Park in Carol Stream at Noon. There is no cost to tryout. Once you've made the team, the cost is $425, which includes two full uniforms, fields, equipment, insurance, and league/tournament entry fees. We expect to play 40-50 games plus practice games from the end of May through the end of July, 2011. Tournaments are on weekends and most are within a 25-mile radius. League games are mainly on weeknights in local areas of DuPage County.
